The questions event organisers ask
What counts as a special event?
Anything that doesn’t fit a standard category — reunions, anniversaries, retirements, club nights, fundraisers, sporting presentations, christenings, or one-off celebrations. If you’ve got a date and a reason to gather, we’ll make coolers for it.
Can you hit my event date?
Standard orders are turned around in 7–10 business days from the moment you approve the proof. Rush orders are available for an extra fee — tell us your date in the quote form and we’ll confirm before you commit.
Can I get fluorescent or neon colours?
Yes — fluoro pink and fluoro yellow are available on request for designs that need to glow under the lights. See our Fluorescent Ink page for examples, or just mention it in your quote.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one cooler or two hundred — no minimum order quantity. Per-cooler pricing drops as your order grows.
How fast will I get a quote?
Same business day. Send the occasion, rough quantity and your date — artwork optional at this stage.
Will the print crack, peel or fade?
No. The artwork is dye-sublimated into the 6mm neoprene, not surface-printed like screen print, HTV or DTF, so it can’t crack, peel or fade — and it’s washable.
Some celebrations don’t fit a neat category — and they’re often the ones people remember most. Reunions, anniversaries, retirements, club presentations, fundraisers, christenings, or a one-off bash with a theme all your own. Whatever the event, we’ll print it full-wrap on 6mm neoprene, proofed before print, no minimum order.
Built around your event, not a template
Tell us what you’re marking and we’ll build the design around it — names, dates, a logo, a theme, an in-joke, whatever makes the day yours. We’ve made coolers for school reunions, 25th and 50th anniversaries, sporting club nights, charity fundraisers and plenty of celebrations that don’t have a name. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from proof approval, plus 2–4 business days metro shipping. Tell us your event date in the quote and we’ll confirm a firm timeline up front. If the date’s close, rush options are available for an extra fee. No minimum order — order a handful for the head table or a batch for the whole room.

Volume pricing, with freight & GST included in every figure. $19 a cooler for five, dropping to $4.65 at 100 and $3.50 at 1000. Orders of 10 or more include custom artwork.
