Is it really hand-drawn?
Yes. Custom illustrated portraits are an actual hand-drawn piece — not clip art, not a filter. Send a photo of the dog, cat or horse and we draw it.
What photo should I send?
A clear photo of the pet is all we need to start. You’ll see a digital proof of the drawing before anything prints, with one round of revisions included.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one cooler or two hundred — no minimum order quantity.
How long does it take?
Standard orders are turned around in 7–10 business days from the moment you approve the proof. Rush orders are available for an extra fee. We’ll always give you a firm date before we start production.

Actually hand-drawn, actually them
A real illustration catches what a photo-print can’t — the ears, the side-eye, the daft expression only your pet pulls. We draw from the photo you send, add a name or a line if you’d like (“Chief Good Boy”, “Property of Luna”), and you sign off the drawing before it’s made. They make a gift pet people genuinely love — birthdays, Christmas, new-puppy celebrations, and quiet tributes to one that’s passed.
What photo to send
A clear, front-on or three-quarter photo in good light works best — the more we can see of their face and markings, the better the drawing. PNG or JPG is fine; not sure if yours is good enough? Send it and we’ll tell you before we start. One round of revisions is included on the proof, so we get the likeness right. No minimum order — one for your own fridge-raider or a set for the whole dog-park crew.
Can you draw more than one pet?
Yes — multiple pets on one cooler, or one each across a set. Send the photos and tell us how you’d like them arranged.
Can you add a name or wording?
Absolutely — names, dates or a one-liner. You’ll see it all on the proof before anything prints.
