What photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo of the face works best — front-on or a slight angle. The sharper the photo, the better the likeness. You can send more than one person; we’ve drawn couples, whole bucks groups, and families.
Can you match a specific theme?
Yes — themed characters are the whole point. Golf weekends, fishing trips, outback 21sts, Greek 60ths, dinosaur and movie themes, brewery crews — tell us the theme and we’ll build the character world around it.
Is it a real illustration or a filter?
A real, hand-drawn illustration. Not an app filter, not clip art. That’s why it looks like the person and not like everyone else’s.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one character cooler or a batch for the whole group — no minimum order quantity. Volume pricing kicks in at 50 units.
