A clear, well-lit photo of the face works best — front-on or a slight angle. The sharper the photo, the better the likeness. You can send more than one person; we’ve drawn couples, whole bucks groups, and families.
Can you match a specific theme?
Yes — themed characters are the whole point. Golf weekends, fishing trips, outback 21sts, Greek 60ths, dinosaur and movie themes, brewery crews — tell us the theme and we’ll build the character world around it.

No. The artwork is dye-sublimated into the 6mm neoprene, not surface-printed like screen print, HTV or DTF, so it can’t crack, peel or fade — including the character’s fine line work.
