Every Stubby Hut cooler is printed, pressed and stitched in a Gold Coast workshop — no offshore runs, no bulk imports. Designs are made to order, from the nickname only three people know to the dog’s name in exactly the right font. Handmade in Australia, proofed before print.

Every custom stubby cooler from The Stubby Hut starts with 6mm closed-cell neoprene — thicker than the 3–5mm most suppliers use — full-wrap dye-sublimation printed and sewn with a six-thread interlocked Mauser-tape seam, entirely by hand in our Hope Island workshop on the Gold Coast, Queensland. No minimum order, no offshore production — one cooler or a thousand, made and checked by the same hands every time.
