Choose your shape and edge finish
Standard and slimline coolers each come in three edge finishes — white overlock, black overlock or no overlock. Same price whichever you choose. Every one is 6mm neoprene with a six-thread stitched seam and a rubber shark-mesh base.

Create flat, print-ready artwork for a custom stubby cooler (also called a stubby holder). This is the flat panel that gets printed and then sewn into a tube, not a picture of a cooler. What you are actually buying
Every standard custom stubby cooler is 6mm closed-cell neoprene with a hand-stitched Mauser-tape seam, printed by full-wrap dye sublimation so the design is locked into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. Made by hand on the Gold Coast in Queensland — not imported and re-badged.
- 6mm neoprene, not 3–5mm. Thicker than the stock most online promo suppliers run. You can feel it in the hand and in how long a drink stays cold.
- Sublimation, not transfer print. The ink becomes part of the neoprene. It is washable, and it will not crack, peel or fade off the surface.
- Stitched, not glued. A 6-thread interlocking stitch through Mauser tape, with a cross-stitch end finish so the seam cannot unravel.
